The central objective of the initial formation is the personal preparation to the total consecration to God, following Christ in the service of the mission.
The formation is integral and gradual according the personal exigency of the candidate in order to arrive to a human and spiritual maturation to realize the divin plan (Const. 18).
The formation understands four main stages: discernment, postulate, novitiate and “juniorato”.
