Since the Proclamation by the Church of the Servant of God, Mother Carmela Prestigiacomo, the Founder of the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of the Incarnate Word, as Venerable, all those who wish to take part are invited to the Thanksgiving Celebration for this great event, which places Mother Carmela in the Church as a model of sanctity to follow.
Mother Carmela lived from the end of the 1800 to the mid 1900s and during her ninety years gave proof not only of her great and deep Faith, love and hope in God, but she lived all the virtues in an heroic way. This was recognized by the Church on December 6, 2014.
