On February 14th and 15th in the Pinheirinho Community in Curitiba, Brazil, a Provincial Assembly was held for the consignment of the General Directory of the Congregation, which was revised during the last General Chapter.
Almost all the sisters of the Mother Carmela Province were present. The Assembly was presided by the Superior General – Mother Vittoria Valentino – accompanied by the General Councillor, Sister Claudia Castellanos.
Working groups were organized to study the Directory. Mother Vittoria gave a copy of the text to each sister during the Holy Mass which was presided by the Bishop of Curitiba, His Excellency José Mario.
